In response to the most recent developments that have taken place on the Riverwalk property, we want to ensure stakeholders and the community recognize these decisions were not made lightly but were necessary decisions to ensure the successful future of Riverwalk.
Riverwalk has and always will go above and beyond to maintain grace and leniency in efforts to work with tenants. However, in return, tenants must honor their lease obligations with consistency for any business model to work.
Onefire is strategically choosing potential business partners who offer some of the best services in the region and will blend seamlessly with current tenants. We have recently invested significantly in property improvements and will continue making Riverwalk the destination for our community and guests to “play, dine, and gather.”
