Onefire Holding Company, LLC, a wholly-owned company of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and the business entity that oversees Riverwalk Crossing, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with The Rainier Companies to reimagine the Riverwalk Crossing in Jenks. This partnership is expected to bring significant benefits to the local community, including job opportunities and enhancing the area into a dynamic social and entertainment center. The Rainier Companies, a privately-owned real estate investment and mixed-use development company, will utilize their expertise to help Onefire Holding Company re-envision and rejuvenate Riverwalk Crossing.
The plan includes capital improvements and a new architectural landscape aimed at elevating Riverwalk Crossing and maximizing the property’s prime location on the Arkansas River and the Muscogee Reservation. Jeff Fife, Chairman of Onefire Holding Company expressed excitement about this collaboration and its potential to reestablish Riverwalk Crossing as a vibrant destination.
