Mvskoke Waters Gallery invites you to the Night of Celebration reception for our current exhibition, Mvskoke Matriarchy: Women of Our Nation! This event will honor and recognize the matriarchs of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and the matriarchal lineage of our descendance.
The event will be held on Thursday, May 7th, 2026 from 7 pm to 9 pm. We will begin outside with Hoktvke Suletawv presenting the colors then have a song, prayer, and short speech. Afterward, guests are encouraged to go inside, visit the artwork, get small plates and drinks, and listen to and share stories of our matriarchs.
